Just My One Thing

If you know me, you know that I love

freshly ground peanut butter,

Pink Lady apples slices,

and coconut yogurt.

It’s just my one thing.

And if you know me, you know that I’m afraid of

driving in snowstorms

confining small spaces

and solving technology problems

Okay, so that is it,

Those are my one things.

Except,  I do insist on…

flossing my teeth after every meal,

washing the car before long trips,

and sleeping under a sliver of night light.

But other than that, I’m easy going.

Flexible.

Wait. Does anyone have a pair of scissors?

I need to cut this scratchy tag off my shirt
